Whether you're updating a single room or planning a full renovation, we bring the same dedication and attention to detail to every job — big or small.

Kitchen Remodeling

Cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, and everything in between. We design kitchens that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Bathroom Renovation

From tile work to fixture upgrades, we transform tired bathrooms into spaces you'll actually enjoy spending time in.

Room Additions

Need more space? We handle additions that blend seamlessly with your existing home — extra bedrooms, home offices, or family rooms.

Basement Finishing

Turn that unused basement into a livable space — home theater, guest suite, playroom, or anything your family needs.

General Repairs

Leaky faucet? Squeaky floor? Drywall patch? No job is too small. We show up, we fix it right, and we clean up after.

Exterior & Decks

Deck builds, siding repair, painting, and outdoor living spaces that boost your home's curb appeal and value.

About Us

Not a Chain. Not a Franchise. Just Good People.

Dun By Us Home Improvement was founded on a simple belief: your home should feel like yours again. Too many homeowners get the runaround from big companies that treat them like a number. We do things differently.

When you call us, you talk to the person who's actually going to show up at your door. We listen, we give honest advice, and we don't consider the job done until you're smiling. That's not a slogan — it's just how we've always worked.

What Our Neighbors Say

We don't need fancy ads. The people who trust us with their homes are the best proof we could ask for.

"We called Dun By Us after a terrible experience with another contractor. They showed up on time, gave us an honest assessment, and delivered way beyond what we expected. Our kitchen looks like it belongs in a magazine now."

Sarah M. Stoutsville, OH

"They finished our basement on schedule and on budget — both rare things in this business. The crew was respectful of our home, cleaned up every day, and the finished space is exactly what we pictured. Highly recommend."

Mike T. Lancaster, OH

"I needed some repairs around the house and didn't want to deal with a company that only cares about big projects. Dun By Us treated my small list with the same care as if it were a full renovation. That's the kind of business this town needs more of."
